|SENSORS AND MICROSYSTEMS FOR PHYSICAL QUANTITIES MEASUREMENTS
The use of Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) as sensors and actuators is very promising especially for measuring physical quantities with micro and nano magnitudes due to their small size and excellent resolution.
After the bachelor degree obtained at Politecnico di Milano in Electronic Engineering, I gained my master degree in Electronic Engineering (110/110 with honors) at the University of Brescia with the master thesis focused on organic transistors: “Study and characterization of high gain organic transistors for the development of integrated circuits using innovative techniques based on flexible substrates”. Supervisor Ing. Fabrizio Torricelli, co-supervisor Prof. Zsolt M. Kovacs-Vajna.
I was also a member of the ten Italian students selected by Huawei, MIUR and MISE for a two week project “Talent Lab Seeds for the Future 2016”. The program was held in Shenzhen,
Beijin and Hong Kong starting from the 1st of January 2016. The main topics of this program were “New telecommunications technologies” and “Industry 4.0”.
