SAFE HUMAN ROBOT COOPERATION

My major research activity is about the cooperation between human and robot. The concept is to reach a deeper collaboration with not only collaborative robots but also with standard industrial robots, thanks to the sensorization of the workspaces and the algorithm used to define some thresholds (e.g. spaces, forces…) that guarantee the operator safety and performace improvement.

ACCEPTANCE OF ROBOT

I’m working in parallel with my main research activity in this field, trying to evaluate the impact of the robot. In this studies I’m trying to get te best conditions (from the operator point of view) in the collaboration.
