Optimization of remote operating activities on digital platforms

The objective is to conduct a complex industrial case study to optimize processes through in-depth analysis, modeling, and implementation of an integrated scheduling system to easily link and synchronize all key areas of the entire process. The objective is to efficiently coordinate and optimize the use of critical resources, taking into account various constraints and objectives, with the ultimate goal of improving operational efficiency, reducing lead times, increasing productivity, minimizing costs, and maximizing the overall performance and competitiveness of the production system.
