Digital twin technology offers new opportunities to monitor and optimize systems while supporting sustainability. This research explores how digital twins can track user behaviors at home, in workplaces, and in social environments to reduce environmental impacts and promote sustainable practices. By integrating gamification into interaction and user experience design, the study aims to increase user engagement and motivation. It also addresses ethical challenges, including privacy, trust, and user acceptance, by proposing responsible design frameworks. The findings will demonstrate how digital twin technology can foster sustainability awareness, encourage environmentally responsible behaviors, and contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
