MAGNETICS NANO-MATERIALS/FRAMEWORKS FOR CHEMICAL GAS SENSING
This study is focused on growing and developing several magnetic nano materials for possible gas sensing applications. To fill the gap of finding low cost solutions for accurate measurements of magnetic characteristics of the newly developed materials, the following goals will be pursued: The tuning of the optical band gap value and relative band edge position of the n-CdS by adjusting the growth parameters such as substrate temperatur, annaealing, surfact, seed, doping to improve the efficiency of CdS based solar cells.
