|INTEGRATION OF BIOSENSORS IN ORGANIC ELECTROCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY
The research activity focuses on Organic Electrochemical Transistors as a suitable platform for the next generation biosensors. The main topics are the study of device physics, in order to improve their sensing performances, and the design of biosensors using Organic Electrochemical Transistors.
Paolo Romele received his Master Degree from the University of Brescia, Brescia, in 2016. In 2016 he was at STMicroelectronics (Agrate) working on the development of non-volatile memories. He is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Brescia. His research interests include device physics of Organic Electrochemical Transistors and their appliction on biosensors.
